Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to implement professional and leadership development initiatives that support talent readiness, staff utilization, and operational effectiveness.

Your work will have the following focus areas--driving organizational change management in support of business initiatives, continuous improvements to a comprehensive onboarding learning experience, facilitating leadership development programs to enhance critical skills, and assisting with the integration of a competency-based career development framework.


  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to design and deliver organizational programs and strategies in support of critical organizational development initiatives that meet ongoing and future business needs
  • Serve as an organizational design subject matter expert for a matrixed professional services organization
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to enable successful adoption and utilization of key solutions into day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
  • Design and facilitate leadership development curriculum by conducting needs analyses and targeting the content and delivery to meet required knowledge and skill levels
  • Identify, develop, and implement competency-based career development tools and resources to reinforce learning and enhance professional development
  • Assess gaps between current and future performance/needs and make recommendations to manage said gaps through surveys, analyses, direct stakeholder engagement, and active work experience
  • Build solutions that have a measurable impact to business outcomes specific to talent readiness, leadership effectiveness, and staff utilization—improving efficiency, enhancing operations, and driving profitability


  • 6+ years of professional experience that includes: 
    • 4+ years in training facilitation and measurement of training effectiveness
    • 2+ years supporting enterprise-level change management initiatives
  • Proven record of implementing successful initiatives in organizational design, organizational development, change management, employee experience, and organizational culture
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of project lifecycles
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating process consultation sessions to identify business strategies
  • Strong consultative approach including excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen well across a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints, and influence appropriate outcomes
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles, building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
  • Data-driven approach diagnosing business problems, understanding insights, and designing impactful solutions
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or related field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Master’s in business, organizational leadership, industrial psychology, or related field
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification
  • PMP certification
  • International Coaching Federation credentials or similar framework that reinforce the principles and practices of effective coaching
  • Experience using a sales enablement platform, CRM, online collaboration tools, and/or an LMS
  • Experience supporting a professional services or consulting line of business
