Our partner managers build stronger relationships with systems integrators, distributors, business partners, and the startup community to collaboratively co-sell and promote the adoption of Esri products. We invite you to use your enterprise sales and partner management experience to increase revenue, drive Esri’s presence in Asia Pacific, and develop key partner go to market strategies. You will work closely with the Asia Pacific distributor network to help their partners take full advantage of our technology and market presence.


  • Develop the partner network. Identify and execute strategies to recruit and develop new partners across startups; global, regional, and distributor business partners; and the largest strategic alliances. Attend key events to recruit new business partners as well as interact with partners already in our network.
  • Collaborate with partners. Work with business development leads to develop sales and marketing plans for partners. Assist business partners in closely aligning their development, marketing, and sales plans with Esri’s goals and objectives.
  • Drive opportunities. Actively seek sales opportunities with existing partners and systems integrators. Help align the needs of sales teams with partners’ capabilities. Leverage the CRM to manage opportunities and drive the buying process.
  • Deliver results. Engage select partners in crafting and executing go to market plans. Assist business partners in defining/refining Esri-based solutions and offerings.
  • Be a strategic leader. Drive the Esri Partner Network’s business goals and vision throughout the region. Engage with distributors to educate them on regional and global partner offerings and solutions. Share your knowledge as a speaker at select partner-led and industry events.


  • 7+ years of work experience in channel management and/or business partner development in the Asia Pacific region
  • 5+ years of experience with location intelligence, software, and technology
  • International experience with a business partner network and systems integrators
  • Experience working directly with Microsoft, SAP, IBM, AWS, Autodesk, or other major global IT companies
  • Experience selling enterprise software in the utilities, commercial (retail, manufacturing, CPG), local or national government, and/or GIS industry
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to successfully navigate crucial conversations
  • Experience creating and managing sales and development plans at multiple levels including individual partners, national accounts, and across industries
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Asia Pacific and occasionally travel to the U.S.
  • Proficient in English (speak and write) and an Asian language
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in GIS, engineering, business administration, marketing, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
