Overview


At Esri, our partner specialists provide vital support for our growing ecosystem of business partners, including onboarding partners, coordinating partner benefits, executing partner marketing campaigns, facilitating partner communications, and advocating for partners within Esri. We invite you to use your excellent communication skills and strong drive to engage with partners to drive these critical initiatives within Esri’s global community of partners. You will work closely with the entire partner team as well as other teams across Esri to help partners take full advantage of their investment in our technology and market presence.

Responsibilities


  • Educate companies interested in becoming Esri partners on the value and benefits of partnership
  • Ensure successful onboarding of partners by educating partners on benefits and systems; coordinate access to training and enablement resources available to partners
  • Work with partners on marketing opportunities with Esri, including event sponsorships, case study development, press releases, and joint marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate partner recognition through specialty applications, training certifications, and other campaigns
  • Work with partners to identify, develop, and deliver solutions, content, or services that can be provided directly and/or on the Esri Marketplace
  • Develop business plans with partners and coordinate with Esri sector and cross-sector initiatives
  • Assess and track partner performance in CRM and support the partner renewal process
  • Act as a facilitator for partners to access other resources within Esri including sales, marketing, customer support, and technical support

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience supporting or managing technical partners or suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated collaboration with a client-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create documentation in support of partner programs
  • Experience with social media marketing and external communications
  • Experience with business software including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Esri or other GIS technology
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s in GIS, geography, marketing, business, or related field
