Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic and active scrum master to join the ArcGIS Runtime SDK team. In this diverse role, you will help product owners define user stories, disable road blocks, and motivate the team to get to the next level. If you are passionate about Agile and are constantly up for new challenges, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities


  • Organize and facilitate daily stand up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other scrum-related activities
  • Track and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress
  • Ensure Agile/scrum concepts and principles are adhered to
  • Design optimal solutions and prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goals

Requirements


  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • Demonstrated experience with the following: Agile; ArcGIS; Geocortex; and SCRUM Methodologies
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering (any field), or related field of study
