Responsibilities


  • Plan, design, test, certify, release, and support ArcGIS Online
  • Collaborate with various development teams to build new capabilities and improve existing workflows
  • Perform functional and workflow driven manual and automated testing to assess product quality and readiness
  • Identify and understand issues with security, internationalization, and accessibility in new features
  • Gather requirements from users and teams within ESRI and distil them into meaningful product features
  • Write conceptual documentation, guided tutorials, and blogs for the features we build
  • Be an advocate for the user and represent the user in product design and delivery
  • Can work remotely

Requirements


  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained
  • Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following: ArcGIS Software; Geospatial Technology; Python; JavaScript; REST; and JSON
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, information technology, or a related field of study

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.


A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $89,440.00 - $147,680.00.
