Overview


ArcGIS® AllSource™ extends ArcGIS by providing a focused application for intelligence analysts performing end-to-end analysis by fusing all sources of information in a connected and disconnected environment. Analysts use maps, unstructured data, imagery, timelines, movement analysis, and link charts to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships to inform decision-making.
As the product manager, you will be responsible for multi-source analysis, unstructured data, graph databases, and entity management. Working with UI/UX designers, development, engineering, sales, and marketing, you will assist in the development of new functionality for both existing customers and new markets. By bridging design, technology, and business, you will help drive product execution from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities


  • Provide product evangelism by presenting and demonstrating the software at internal briefings, customer sites, trade shows, and Esri conferences
  • Create and manage product resources including blogs, presentations, whitepapers, videos, and demos to help users and internal teams be up to date with product releases
  • Align roadmap with platform goals for data interop, user experience, and technology adoption
  • Help coordinate activities between Development, Engineering, Marketing, Services, and Industry Solutions.
  • Gather user requirements and work with product owners to explain market needs that may influence backlog
  • Assist in competitive analysis and the correct content for RFI and RFP type documents as required by account teams
  • Work closely with partners to ensure alignment of technologies, testing of integration, and interoperability
  • Define, track, and analyze key product usage, adoption, and performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations
  • Develop and document user personas, user scenarios, and use cases
  • Work with contracts and legal team to establish necessary end user and third-party agreements

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product planning with strong focus on building customer-focused software products
  • Proven experience in link analysis, network visualizations, social network analysis, and related technologies or concepts.
  • Proven experience in graph databases and entity management
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering compelling presentations to technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • US citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, GIS, or related field, depending on position level
