Play a key role in ensuring internal marketing technologies meet objectives on time and on budget by understanding current and planned capabilities and how systems integrate to support our business. 


In this role you will be responsible for maintaining integrations, identifying new integrations required to help enable new business strategies, ensure tasks are recorded with timetables, and all parties are aware of deadlines. You will work with a diverse set of technologies such as Pardot, Salesforce, Adobe Target, Demandbase, and more to ensure their capabilities are brought online and improved efficiently. 


Using your previous experience in software implementation and process improvement, you will manage systems integrations, implementation projects, and keep them up to date in collaboration with change management to ensure user adoption is high. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.


  • Identify improvements to systems and data integrations and work with IST and others within marketing technology to implement those improvements 
  • Work with marketing analytics and IST to enable new data flows and integrations to meet business needs and strategies
  • Collaborate with teams such as change management and marketing analytics to ensure implementation projects are ready for their efforts in a timely fashion
  • Own several projects a year to implement technologies and capabilities ranging from single team implementations to enterprise-level solutions
  • Ensure stakeholder and development teams understand deliverables and timelines for implementations and integrations
  • Manage project kickoff, requirement gathering, communicate potential project risks to project stakeholders in a timely fashion, and regular status meetings
  • Guide project teams on mitigating risks and propose backup plans for areas of high-risk
  • Form strong working relationships within marketing teams and across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule 


  • 8 years of working experience in marketing technology product ownership, process optimization, and project management and a bachelor's degree; or 6 years of working experience in marketing technology product ownership, process optimization, and project management and a masters degree 
  • Experience in evaluating and optimizing marketing processes, systems integrations, and data flows between systems 
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools 
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience in marketing and solid knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals 

Recommended Qualifications

  • Project management certification 
  • Experience and working knowledge marketing software implementation and/or process improvement in programs such as Workfront, Adobe solutions, Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, and more
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.


A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $90,480 - $166,400
