Our global operations department administers sites around the globe undergoing expansion, relocation, remodeling, and onboarding. Use your experience in construction project coordination and business operations to contribute to a project portfolio. Bring your talents and skills to assist project managers with the execution of project charter, milestones, and statement of work, collaborating as a team to ensure this results in successful completion on time and on budget.


This role is an entry to a project management career with potential for rapid growth into project management. 


  • Assist project manager with day-to-day activities of projects of all sizes
  • Maintain records of all project-related items
  • First-line trouble shoot project issues
  • Liaise with all levels of the organization to remotely coordinate, plan, and manage tasks for projects including expansions, relocations, remodeling, and onboarding from design through move-in
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects


  • 1-year of project-related experience
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff and vendors
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, Word and Excel in particular
  • Clerical skills to include data entry, typing, filing, and scanning
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in construction management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Construction project experience
