Are you a self-motivated project manager with experience running multiple simultaneous projects? In this role, you'll work with clients on a wide range of web projects to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and timeline. This is a great opportunity to utilize your knowledge of project management methodologies and team building skills to drive marketing initiatives from requirements definition to launch.


  • Drive the completion of web projects within the Marketing Division by managing project plans, project scope, and resource allocation
  • Manage project kickoff meetings, requirement gathering meetings, and regular status meetings using the agile/scrum process
  • Guide project teams on mitigating risks and propose backup plans for areas of high-risk
  • Form strong working relationships within marketing teams and across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule
  • Maintain a project backlog, including prioritization and timeframe estimation, and communicate these matters to the appropriate individuals and stakeholders
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
  • Communicate status and potential project risks to project stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency across all web pages


  • 2 years of related work experience in project management and a Bachelor's degree; or 1 year related work experience and a Master's degree
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate efficiently, and set priorities and expectations
  • Attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
  • Facilitation skills to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational boundaries including senior executives
  • Analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and to work within strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $68,640.00 - $114,400.00.
