Our talent acquisition team is passionate about hiring the best talent to join the Esri team (and we’re pretty good at it, too!). You can play a vital role in attracting individuals from all corners of the world to pursue a career here by giving them a look at the Esri culture and how our technology makes an impact on society.

Responsibilities


  • Help tell the Esri culture story. Use your creativity to produce and distribute social content that attracts attention, generates interest in Esri as an employer of choice, and garners high engagement. Collaborate with colleagues in regional and global offices to be included as chapters of this story. Look for new and innovative ways to share social media content.
  • Content is king. Arm our talent acquisition team with articles and user stories they can share with candidates to help them better understand how they can become part of Esri’s innovation. Work with Marketing teams to create materials that help our recruiters attract quality talent. Participate in our brand advocacy program and curate recruitment-related content to help others in the company tell the #EsriExperience story.
  • Increase awareness of Esri’s employer brand. Tell the story of how Esri technology makes a difference in the world. Help create a view inside what it’s like to work at Esri and be part of this meaningful work, whether it’s through social media or event messaging. Manage our career presence on sites such as the Muse, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Stack Overflow, and Indeed.
  • Be in the driver’s seat. Collaborate with the TA team and other stakeholders to create, implement, and analyze impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate applications from quality candidates. Work with Marketing teams on developing campaign assets. Communicate campaign success with HR leadership.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of marketing experience, including creating social media content for business use
  • Demonstrated social media creativity and proven success with audience engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams throughout the company as well as independently
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously like a pro (and keep a smile on your face at the same time)
  • Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude and an openness to taking on new challenges
  • Superior attention to detail and follow through
  • Good writing skills to craft engaging social media posts and other content
  • Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

Recommended Qualifications
