Salesforce Developer (CLM/Kimble)

You’ll contribute to new features and capabilities, boosting the efficiency of Professional Services, Contracts and Legal, and other CRM users using Kimble PSA, Salesforce, Conga CLM, and other Salesforce and App Exchange products. Be part of the team that manages our global instance of Salesforce, supporting over 5000 sales and service users in 100 countries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications and enhancements using Apex and Lightning Web Components utilizing the full Salesforce platform feature-set
• Develop highly interactive UI for an enhanced user experience
• Understand and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs and integrate Salesforce to other systems
• Review and understand business requirements and create functional prototypes to address them
• Apply best practices and follow established Salesforce development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by end users
• Maintain existing applications with an eye to continuous automation and improvement
• Work in an agile manner; be flexible to changing priorities
• Support, coordinate, and provide testing in all stages of SDLC (Unit, Integration, Testing, and UAT)
• Develop within Kimble PSA, Salesforce, Conga CLM, AppExchange products and other cloud-based solutions

Requirements

• 5 years of development experience between Salesforce, Kimble PSA or Conga CLM
• Proficiency with Salesforce development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
• In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce
• Strong demonstration and communication skills including the ability to share design concepts with both IT teams and business colleagues
• Ability to present solutions in a peer code review setting
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute your work
• Adept at conducting research into development issues; know when to ask for help or escalate an issue
• Agile application development and support experience to effectively work in a scrum team
• Bachelor’s or higher in information systems, computer science, or a related technical field

Recommended Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer certification
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Kimble PSA or Conga CLM development experience in a high-tech environment
• Experience working in a collaborative DevOps, CI/CD environment
