Overview


Provide technical Enterprise Resource Planning expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing workflows and procedures that are extensible and leverage the potential of IT.

Responsibilities


  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ERP (SAP HANA) and Supply Chain workflows from Procurement, Material Configuration, Inventory, Production, and MRO functions
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
  • Evaluate gathered information, identify, and reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract general understanding from low-level information, and collaborate with requestors on meaningful solutions
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with planning and technical teams to prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, author proposals that promote extensible systematic solutions
  • Create and revise analysis artifacts and deliverables as needed such as business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, business rules, and business process models
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare user stories as part of an Agile/Scrum team
  • Successfully engage in multiple, simultaneous initiatives
  • Work independently to define concepts, business needs and project scope
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions and validate legacy processes
  • Collaborate on integration, Testing Plans, and User Acceptance Testing
  • Keep current on changes in SAP Material Management and Procurement
  • Lead projects in both Scrum and Traditional Project management methodologies

Requirements


  • 8 years of experience in a cross functional team as a business analyst or project leader
  • 8 years of experience of SAP Material Master, SAP ERP Super User Experience in multiple functional modules including Procurement, Configuration, Inventory, Production, and MRO processes
  • Understanding of SAP Procure to Pay and product life-cycle management
  • Understanding of logistics invoice verification and inventory control
  • Understanding of SAP production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and materials management workflow
  • Cross-functional knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and SD
  • Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods such as DMAIC
  • Full Project Life Cycle experience on multiple projects
  • Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements
  • Understand technical jargon and possess the ability to communicate in layman’s terms
  • Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and management
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
  • Professional experience with Data Analytics & Office Productivity Tools
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly scheduled environment
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Bachelor’s in business, computer science, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field 
  • Integration experience with Kimble, SalesForce, MuleSoft, and Service Now
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
  • ABAP debugging experience
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Project Management Certification

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

  

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $90,480.00 - $166,400.00.
