Overview


Leverage your customer service, business, and project coordination skills to manage the complete life cycle of custom training projects and change management consulting in support of Esri customers, from the pricing and proposal phases through development, delivery, and revenue verification. This is a great opportunity to use your relationship management skills to support Esri’s growing custom training program.

Responsibilities


  • Provide proposal and pricing support for the Custom Training and Change Management Programs.
  • Maintain business and revenue tracking systems for custom training, change management, and other training products as needed.
  • Initiate, negotiate, administer, and enforce agreements with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Identify, research, and solve business-related issues, including customer or other stakeholder concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and further improve controls
  • Work with the leadership team to understand department processes, workflows, and business directives.
  • Communicate workflows, goals, solutions, and pricing to internal Esri customer support staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer contracts and ensure that custom training requests follow standard processes and flow through the appropriate systems.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines; communicate status, risks, and issues to customers and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, customers, management, and other cross-functional team members

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s in business, education, planning, science, or related field
  • 3-5+ years in a customer facing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • An innate ability to be flexible and adapt to organizational changes

Recommended Qualifications


  • Completed Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience guiding teams through successful project execution
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in education/training, software development, or technical environment
  • MBA preferred
