Overview


In this role, you will directly support Esri’s growth by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across varying business units that support customer retention and success. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across the company and leverage your expertise in data, analytics, and reporting to deliver highly effective campaigns that align with strategic initiatives.

 

Our integrated marketing team is comprised of enthusiastic, self-motivated, and data-driven campaign managers. Esri is a growing software company with fascinating applications in over 60 industries across business, government, and education.

Responsibilities


  • Design, launch, optimize, and manage 1-3 strategic marketing programs and timelines simultaneously across multiple channels
  • Request, conduct, and review research to support program and campaign development
  • Propose and validate audience, messaging, and channels through automated campaigns and advertising
  • Create and personalize assets on a variety of channels to facilitate a seamless, consistent, and on-brand customer experience
  • Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria, manage campaign status reports, and continuously audit and improve the customer experience and lifetime value
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executives to identify and align on opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging, and content to ensure campaign success
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, retention and loyalty strategies, and market landscape
    Innovate and document new best practices and process improvements for engagement and conversion that drive enterprise-wide changes

Requirements


  • 5 years of experience in marketing and a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; or 3 years of experience in marketing and a master's degree. 
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management
  • Proven track record for executing and measuring successful integrated and digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing innovative marketing strategies
  • Strategic thought leader who can effectively manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience interacting with and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Pardot and/or Salesforce

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI
  • Knowledge of GIS and/or Esri products
  • Experience working in/with customer success, customer experience, training, service, or support roles
  • MBA

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $81,120 - $135,200
