Overview


Join our ambitious team of collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinkers in contributing to the success of Esri’s corporate website. As a Senior Conversion & Content Optimization Strategist, you will be responsible for improving the performance and usability of Esri.com by conducting A/B tests and implementing data-driven insights.

In this role you will use your strong background in A/B testing, website optimization, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and execute experiments that optimize content performance, improve conversion rates, and increase overall user experience.

Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and manage an A/B testing strategy and framework for Esri.com
  • Analyze website and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving user engagement, conversion rates, and content performance
  • Use tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Mouseflow, Airtable, and SharePoint to track and report on the performance of A/B tests
  • Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, researchers, campaign managers, and product marketing managers to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develop hypotheses and create test plans to validate these hypotheses
  • Create, execute, and analyze A/B tests with the goal of optimizing user experience and content performance, and increasing conversion rates
  • Support personalization through A/B testing of personalized content
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content optimization, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, and provide recommendations for future testing and optimization strategies

Requirements


  • 8+ years of experience in website optimization and A/B testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, web analytics, data science, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience and proficiency with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
  • Strong understanding of and proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mouseflow
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail and an ability to document and maintain all A/B testing through use of Airtable or equivalent tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and website design best practices

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$99,840-$167,960 USD
