Work Schedule and Flexibility

We often refer to ourselves as a flat organisation and a “Team of Teams.” This structure is intentional to ensure we open up the opportunity for brainstorming and innovation, regardless of whether you have been here for two days or twenty years. In order to create and sustain this collaborative work environment, this role will typically follow a hybrid work schedule with an average of 3 days in the office to ensure you have access to the right people, equipment, and resources to not only succeed but fully connect to the work and the team.

We also understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible schedules, so you have the freedom to do things such as picking your child up from school, coming in late occasionally, or taking time for an appointment with the electrician.

As the way of working continues to evolve, we remain flexible and are open to discussing specific work arrangements and schedules during the interview process.
