Overview


Join our Advertising team and help accelerate innovative digital campaigns that drive demand and brand awareness for Esri. As a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be a crucial resource in managing campaign operations. This involves producing advertising creatives with cross-functional teams, executing and optimizing paid campaigns, and analyzing performance to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities


Creative Strategy & Production

  • Develop advertising messaging framework and creative strategy, collaborating closely with Content and Design teams
  • Liaise with Channels and Campaign teams to ensure alignment with overall audience, content, and messaging strategy
  • Manage the production of advertising creatives for paid media channels – including search, display, and social – from planning to publishing

Campaign Management

  • Support the management of paid media channels through vendor relations, campaign set up, monitoring, and optimization; primary channels include social and content syndication
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance to highlight strengths and address areas for improvement
  • Liaise with Data and Analytics teams to maintain and enhance advertising dashboards
  • Manage advertising budget tracker and review campaign insertion orders and invoices

Strategic Development

  • Proactively evaluate emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies for the Advertising team and organization to leverage
  • Document and communicate advertising best practices and identify areas for process or tactical improvement across the organization

Requirements


  • 5 years of digital marketing and/or advertising experience and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field; or 3 years of experience and a Master's degree
  • Proven track record for producing, executing, and analyzing successful digital campaigns, including paid social
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding digital marketing/advertising strategy
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas easily understandable

Recommended Qualifications


  • Certifications: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.
  • Experience with graphic/communication design
  • Experience at a B2B software company or agency

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

 

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $81,120.00 - $135,200.00.
