Overview


Are you an expert on paid digital media? Esri is seeking an experienced advertising leader to help us scale and optimize our advertising function. You will work with cutting-edge marketing technology and a team of talented marketing professionals to develop and deliver Esri's paid media strategy and accelerate our campaign performance.

Responsibilities


  • Manage a small and growing team of advertising professionals to optimize and scale digital advertising processes and practices
  • Collaborate with martech, ad platform, and media agency teams regarding paid digital campaigns consisting of search, display, mobile, social, video, and experiential
  • Serve as liaison between the marketing team and in-house advertising services, ensuring campaigns and offers are launched on time and establishing process associated with effective creative rotation and performance management
  • Provide strategic, forward-looking guidance to senior and executive management on media and technology offerings related to digital media
  • Develop and implement testing and measurement strategies
  • Manage and monitor paid media budget and work with Marketing Operations and Purchasing to assure correct budget allocation
  • Monitor overall media efforts for alignment with strategy, effectiveness, brand safety, and viewability

Requirements


  • 5-7+ years of experience in media planning and buying
  • 3+ years of management experience with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals
  • Experience using enterprise ad tech (Google DV 360, SA 360, Adobe Experience Cloud), data management platforms, and web analytics tools
  • Expertise with building paid digital strategies as well as recommending and carrying out strategic optimizations to help improve and grow campaign performance
  • Fluency in DoubleClick, DoubleClick Search, Facebook, Twitter, verification tools (IAS, Double Verify)
  • Bachelor’s or higher in marketing, advertising, or related field
