Join an award-winning marketing technology team and help us execute on our shared vision by leading our data and analytics team. In this role, you will focus on continually improving data management and analytics processes across our marketing technology systems and supporting the Marketing Division’s overall data operations. You and your team will work to create scalable processes and data-driven insights that inform and ensure best practices in campaign strategy, lead nurturing, customer profile, database management, architecture, reporting, and actionable analysis.


  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in servicing and supporting campaign data, lead management, campaign analytics, and marketing list management
  • Create and maintain reporting on marketing and sales activities detailing their effectiveness and business impact through all marketing channels, including digital advertising and eCommerce
  • Drive new best practices in campaign strategy based on analytical insights and learnings across all reporting tools (Power BI, Bizible, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Manage the data management platform and support advertising targeting and audience activation by maintaining a data strategy based on multiple data sources (1st, 2nd, and 3rd party) to deliver effectively with our overall marketing goals
  • Support the creation of new methodologies of data analysis and activation; lead planning of the new journey orchestration enablement via the customer data platform
  • Leverage data science, machine learning, and AI and lead all aspects of predictive analytics and predictive modeling to discover insights that will guide revenue generation and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Lead the marketing data governance program and continue to scale the program, as well as establish the marketing data center of excellence
  • Partner with the BI team to implement best practices of data management for reporting and analytics
  • Develop a team to analyze marketing and sales data, including sources of unstructured data, to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization or opportunities for growth
  • Implement and optimize data integrations across marketing platforms, including use of tools such as Informatica, SAS, Power BI, SQL Server, Google and Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, SPSS, R, and Hadoop


  • 5+ years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals
  • 5-7+ years of data and analytics experience, with a preferred focus on marketing
  • Experience working with and counseling senior management and executives
  • Experience with the following systems: BI visualization tools, Salesforce (including Analytics Studio), Google and Adobe Analytics, data management platforms, customer data platforms, SPSS, attribution modeling platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Strong technical and analytical skills and experience with enterprise reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the desire to improve processes
  • Previous experience implementing an enterprise analytics platform
  • Bachelor's or equivalent working experience
