Overview


Utilize your excellent communication skills and strong grasp of marketing trends and principles to execute multichannel campaigns that support Training Services initiatives and drive demand for Training products and services.

Responsibilities


  • Envision, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive demand for training products and services
  • Produce content for digital, social, advertising, event, and other marketing channels to support training campaigns and targeted product promotions
  • Partner with training sales and other stakeholders to identify customer training needs and trends; develop sales-enablement materials to drive results from marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Esri teams to cross-promote training products, enable customer success, and grow adoption of the ArcGIS platform
  • Apply analytics and a data-driven approach to assess and optimize campaign performance

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing or communications
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing processes to create and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, social media tools, web environments, publishing, and/or related communications applications
  • Ability to build understanding of business mission, capabilities, organizational structure, and key staff as well as customer requirements and key business drivers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter, highly organized, with a customer-centric attitude
  • A team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Exceptional business intuition, independence, and proactivity
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Experience marketing training or educational products
  • Knowledge of GIS/Esri products

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

 

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $70,720.00 - $114,400.00.
