In this highly visible role you will interface frequently with leaders and individual contributors across the company. We will rely on you to look ahead and proactively identify organizational bottlenecks and put plans in place before they impact the team. Use your experience and track record of influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, and balancing competing goals and objectives from multiple organizations in order to find common value for each group.


  • Maintain familiarity with global and domestic privacy law and associated frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO, etc.) to keep stakeholders informed and up to date
  • Develop approaches to complying with global and domestic privacy law through pragmatic tactics in partnering with stakeholders and understanding how to manage and prioritize business needs and risk
  • Help ensure continued compliance with privacy laws
  • Work with the data warehouse team to align efforts of security, privacy, and data governance
  • Support the implementation of the information governance, data protection, and privacy program including but not limited to the developing and implementing policies, identifying technologies to support policy objectives, and supporting risk assessments (e.g., third-party risk, privacy, data protection)
  • Support and develop compliance assessments for information governance, data protection, and privacy including development of controls to measure risk
  • Support and develop training and awareness programs for information governance, data protection, and privacy


  • 7+ years of experience working within a data privacy program, privacy policy, security compliance, or program management
  • US citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance
  • A history of working in a highly-collaborative environment and can share how you’ve been successful
  • Be able to show us how you’ve been able to negotiate for competing priorities and resources
  • Strong interest in understanding and solving data challenges with experience in information governance, data protection, and privacy policy
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, networks, databases, and other technical domains
  • Strong attention to detail, customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to listen and quickly translate business needs into solutions and build effective working relationships
  • IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT) or CISA
  • Bachelor's or higher in information management, information systems, law, or computer science or related discipline with equivalent experience
