Overview
Work on one of the fastest growing products in ArcGIS! The ArcGIS API for Python is a Pythonic API for web GIS that allows GIS analysts, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and GIS administrators or anyone with an ArcGIS Online subscription or ArcGIS Enterprise to leverage the rich Python ecosystem. They are able to accomplish a wide variety of tasks, ranging from geospatial deep learning, performing big data analysis to managing their web GIS, and automate such workflows.
As a senior product engineer, you will help us design, build, and deliver a compelling Pythonic API for ArcGIS. You'll also work on open-source projects such as Conda, Jupyter Notebooks, Docker, Sphinx, Jenkins etc. and also in contemporary software development paradigms such as test-driven development and continuous integration and continuous delivery. As a senior product engineer, you will provide a strong technical voice in the product development process and use the best tools available to build highly reliable, sustained and evolutionary API.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $89,440 - $147,680.
