Our talent acquisition team is seeking a senior recruiter to perform full life cycle recruitment of professional positions. It involves being a part of the business, understanding the dynamics of the teams, and knowing how to grow those teams as they contribute to the success of the company.
You will have responsibility for the development and execution of recruitment strategies that are critical to the success of our business initiatives. You will partner with leaders to coach and mentor hiring managers, beginning with the talent acquisition processes and leading into building solid onboarding plans. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted HR partner. This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills.
