Overview
As a senior solution engineer on the Partner Technical Enablement team, you will be part of a highly skilled group that leads strategies on the effective adoption and use of the ArcGIS system for the partner channel. We invite you to use your problem-solving skills and passion for GIS technology to guide partners on their journey partnering with Esri. We’re looking for an individual who is a natural GIS evangelist and enjoys identifying and promoting technical strategies that will radically improve the way partners address the challenges they face. You’ll work closely with a team that helps our mature and developing partners take advantage of the ArcGIS System to find unique solutions, trends, and understanding hidden within complex business problems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience incorporating real-time information streams with existing GIS data and IT infrastructure
- Experience integrating software solutions with other business systems such as BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of digitalization strategies that include mobile, IoT, advanced analytics and data science (AI/ML), and image
- Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture
- Direct experience working with channel partners and developers
- Past participation in developer events (hackathon, hackfest, codefest, and more)
- Front end, back end or automation programming and scripting experience with any of the following: Python, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, HTML5
- Experience with DBMS technology such as SAP HANA, SQL Server, DB2 or Oracle

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $87,360.00 - $162,240.00.
