Overview
Bring your seasoned user experience (UX) knowledge to help create, inspire, and influence user-centered design at Esri and beyond. Working closely with design and strategy leads, you'll play a central role in tackling our ambitious design plans. Sitting at the nexus of research, web analytics, information visualization, and user experience design, you'll bring several years of hands-on collaborative experience to our cross-functioning teams.
Using actionable insights to solve complex problems, you'll deliver scalable UX design system thinking. With our website being viewed by tens of millions of global users daily, you'll witness the impact of your work in real time.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in human-computer interaction, user experience, interaction design, applied social science, or a related field such as digital marketing
- AEM and Adobe Analytics experience
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards, including I10n, i18n, and translation
- Knowledge of geographic information system (GIS) technology, mapping, and analysis applications a really big plus
PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION
Please include a link to your online portfolio or PDF samples of recent work. Samples must communicate your approach to evidence-driven problem-solving on real-world projects and demonstrate your skills in developing evidence-based insights and design solutions through a mix of low- and high-fidelity deliverables.
