Join our ambitious team of collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinkers in contributing to the success of Esri web properties. As a Web Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding website performance, measuring site engagement and conversion metrics, and providing actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in enhancing web performance, optimizing conversion rates, and improving user experience. Your excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting at all levels of the organization will be imperative to your success. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

Responsibilities


  • Leverage analytics tools to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships amongst a large amount of data and deliver actionable insights to drive a best-in-class web experience
  • Own and manage a suite of dashboards that measure web performance and content effectiveness for key site sections
  • Identify, measure, and monitor the most valuable conversions across Esri.com; help develop a strategic plan to continuously improve their conversion rate; and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Develop a method for measuring attribution from lead to sale; analyzing the impact of marketing channels and campaigns on website performance and conversion metrics
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative software such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and Mouseflow to support conversion rate optimization initiatives and report on campaign performance
  • Undertake bi-monthly research projects to enhance understanding of how users interact with Esri digital experiences

Requirements


  • 8 years of digital marketing and web experience with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, web analytics, data science, or a related field; or 6 years’ experience with a Master's degree
  • Proven experience as a Web Performance Analyst or a similar role
  • Deep knowledge of reporting best practices (thorough understanding of standard analytics, report builder tools, and online analytics metrics)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven history of using strategic planning to problem-solve, resolve conflict, and build top-down and bottom-up alignment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
  • Proficient in web analytics and data visualization tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Mouseflow, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while comfortably interacting with all levels of the organization, external and internal clients, and third-party providers

Recommended Qualifications


  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization strategies and techniques
  • Adobe Analytics experience
  • PowerBI experience

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

 

A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $99,840.00 - $167,960.00.
