Overview


Put your combination of expertise in desktop support and superior customer service skills to use at our DC office! This is a great opportunity to further develop your knowledge of desktop support technologies and provide innovative customer-based solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities


  • Deliver, set up, and install audiovisual equipment in conference rooms and auditoriums on the Esri campus
  • Deploy new AV hardware and software
  • Support conference room systems and related equipment
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance and a range of repairs to audio/video
  • equipment, video conferencing equipment, and IT-related equipment in conference rooms
  • Operate video and audio equipment to record classes, lectures, seminars, or conferences on an as-needed basis

Requirements


  • 1+ years of relevant experience and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of various applications of audio and video equipment in varying operational circumstances
  • PC and Mac troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • US citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance

Recommended Qualifications


  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems including general troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and presentation connectivity to audio/video equipment
  • Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and/or software
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

 

A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $19.00 - $31.00.
