Overview


We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and operations-focused person to join our social media team. As part of Esri’s corporate marketing team, you will become the liaison for all Esri social media account managers, partnering with product and industry teams to ensure all channels are on brand and driving ROI for the business.
The successful candidate will be detail-orientated, comfortable multi-tasking, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities


  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison for all Esri product and industry social media accounts, partnering with account managers on operations, content best practices, and reporting
  • Assist with the streamlining of company social media accounts to ensure branding is consistent across our entire social media landscape, working directly with social platforms to close accounts when necessary
  • Be the operational lead of Hootsuite, our social media management platform
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations through our project management and content planning systems
  • Assist the reporting lead in delivering quarterly performance reports to all product and industry account leads
  • Work with the social media team to deliver a social masterclass series and other education and enablement materials
  • Contribute to building Esri’s social media center of excellence

Requirements


  • 3+ years of social media experience in account management, day to day operations of brand, or social analytics reporting
  • Experience with enterprise level social media management tools (Hootsuite preferred)
  • Familiar with project management and content planning tools such as Workfront and Airtable
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and social media accounts
  • Confident communicator and stakeholder manager with a positive can-do attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and collaborate with various teams on a daily basis
  • Bachelor’s or higher

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience in a highly matrixed organization with many social media accounts
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Expereince with Workfront and Airtable
  • Experience with social media governance
