Overview
Do you have a deep understanding of social media with a proven track record of planning, delivering, and reporting on a range of social media campaigns? As a seasoned B2B social media leader with expertise across various social platforms, you will be responsible for driving Esri’s social media strategy and operations including planning, directing, and executing content creation and amplification, ensuring that Esri engages with our community of existing audiences. You will also be responsible for building out a strategy to reach new audiences, establishing and building relationships with key strategic influencers.
Beyond managing the social media team, you’ll build and leverage relationships with other Esri teams, within and outside of the marketing organization. You will influence and work across a large internal network of campaign managers, subject matter experts, distributors, partners, and Esri leadership to align the team’s strategy for social media, reporting on key metrics and shifting strategic approaches based on data and insights. To accomplish those goals, you’ll lead and inspire a team of social media professionals to develop engaging content and social experiences to attract attention and spark the imagination of how location intelligence and Esri’s GIS technology can help solve big, bold challenges.
