Overview


Today, you have the opportunity to join our company and our vision as a Build/DevOps Engineer. You'll be directly supporting Esri's software developers by designing and implementing processes, tools, and workflows that constantly strive to make software development simpler, more streamlined, and more intuitive for our software developers.

Responsibilities


  • Develop tools and scripts for build automation
  • Grow and maintain build infrastructure as code
  • Oversee continuous integration builds of ESRI's flagship products Optimize build processes for speed and simplicity
  • Support source code management and developer infrastructure Debug and fix build-related bugs
  • Build and update third-party packages
  • Can work remotely

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, information technology, or a related field of study
  • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
  • Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Python; C++; C#; Java; Rust; Git; and GitHub

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$87,000-$134,000 USD
