Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Privacy Analyst to join our team to expand domestic and international privacy by design. In this role, you will partner with internal marketing and IT teams as well as global distributors to ensure alignment with the organization's privacy framework while meeting the requirements of the business. You will use your privacy expertise and software/SaaS knowledge to make informed recommendations that will guide the development of new privacy features, manage our preference center, and prevent privacy issues within our various web platforms. In addition, you will be working to implement privacy features, tools, and scalable solutions to ensure that all of our customers' and employees' data is identified and protected; and that our work complies with relevant privacy laws and regulations including the NIST Privacy Framework, SOC 2 Type 2 Privacy Criteria, GDPR, HIPAA Privacy Rule, CCPA, ISO, and FERPA; as well as other privacy frameworks.
Success in this position requires communication and relationship-building with compliance teams and external auditors, superior analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as confidence, discretion, good professional judgment, and personal initiative.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $87,360.00 - $150,800.00.
