Overview
As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will be using your strong organizational abilities and communication skills to support the business development, operations, and management of Esri’s Advantage Program for federal government customers, which is targeted at building capabilities and success for Esri customers and partners, in their deployment and use of ArcGIS.
As a part of the Professional Services Division, the Programs team supports the business development, operations, and management of the Advantage Programs portfolio for customers, partners, and international distributors to foster best practices use of Esri technology.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $70,720.00 - $145,600.00.
