Overview


Partner business leaders with implementing professional and leadership development initiatives that support the development of staff capabilities in a growing professional services organization.

The work includes the following focus areas--driving organizational change management in support of business initiatives, continuous improvements to a comprehensive onboarding experience, facilitating leadership development programs to enhance critical skills, and assisting with the integration of a competency-based career development framework.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to design and deliver organizational programs and strategies in support of critical organizational development initiatives. Including developing career development frameworks from onboarding plans, career path development, job rotation, and succession planning
  • Lead change management initiatives to enable successful adoption and utilization of key solutions into day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
  • Design and facilitate leadership development curriculum by conducting needs analyses and targeting the content and delivery to meet required knowledge and skill levels
  • Identify, develop, and implement competency-based career development tools and resources to reinforce learning and enhance professional development
  • Assess gaps between current and future performance/needs and make recommendations to manage said gaps through surveys, analyses, direct stakeholder engagement, and active work experience
  • Build solutions that have a measurable impact to business outcomes specific to talent readiness, leadership effectiveness, and staff utilization—improving efficiency, enhancing operations, and driving profitability

Requirements


  • 6+ years of professional experience supporting talent management initiatives 
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating process consultation sessions to identify business strategies
  • Proven record of implementing successful initiatives in organizational design, organizational development, change management, employee experience, and organizational culture
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of project lifecycles
  • Strong consultative approach including excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen well across a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints, and influence appropriate outcomes
  • Data-driven approach diagnosing business problems, understanding insights, and designing impactful solutions
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, organizational development, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Master’s in business, organizational leadership, industrial psychology, or related field
  • Experience supporting initiatives technology organizations with 1500+ employees 
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification
  • International Coaching Federation credentials or similar framework that reinforce the principles and practices of effective coaching
  • Experience using a sales enablement platform, CRM, online collaboration tools, and/or an LMS
  • Experience supporting a professional services or consulting line of business
