Overview
Put your experience in technology and commercial transactions to work, negotiating strategic business agreements with global customers and partners and providing legal support on intellectual property (e.g., copyright, trademark, and other key IP areas), data licensing, and other technology procurement, trade secrets, open source, privacy law, accessibility, and antitrust matters. In addition to performing transactional work, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance in all areas of law affecting Esri's business activities to ensure maximum protection of the organization’s legal rights and minimizing liability risk exposure.
