Support ground-breaking technology companies as they develop through their participation in the Esri Startup Program. You will be responsible for organizing and operating the overall program, including vetting applicants, onboarding partners, supporting partner reviews, and processing graduations. Being proactive and resourceful, you will innovate and deliver new and creative solutions to solve their business needs while working in a dynamic and high performing business environment.   • Collaborate with your team. Provide program support for partner managers. Serve as a liaison by responding to general inquires received in alias inbox and field to appropriate Esri contact.
  • Support key events. Work with team to coordinate external startup events and startup areas at Esri conferences and events.
  • Deliver results. Vet program applicants for technical and business requirements, including the organization of discovery meetings with Esri staff. Manage processing and approvals for new startups across Esri and sistributor stakeholders.
  • Understand your customers. Organize annual account check-ins in support of quality program participants. Develop content for Esri Partner Network marketing teams to promote startups in articles, case studies, customer success stories, social media, etc.
  • Implement processes. Maintain and revise email templates, onboarding blogs, and all online content for the program in the Esri Community, Partner Community, SharePoint sites, and newsletters. Process graduations from the program into the Esri Partner Network.


  • 2+ years of partner, channel, or sales operations experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, Slack, and/or other business management/reporting systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated customer service, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and complete multiple simultaneous activities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor’s in business, GIS, geography, or related field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Familiarity with or exposure to Esri or other GIS technology
