Responsibilities
Technical Support Services
Sharpen your ArcGIS knowledge by training, collaborating, and presenting demonstrations on our various ArcGIS products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, and more)
- Work in a high energy, fast-paced, enthusiastic, and collaborative culture
- Shadow experienced Technical Support Analysts
- Assist analysts with research and testing
- Deliver several ArcGIS product presentations and one final project
Program Timeline
- Applications Accepted: September 1 – December 31, 2023 at 5:00 pm PST
- Interviews: Students selected for phone interviews will be notified by email on a rolling basis October 2023 – January 31, 2024
- Internship: 12 weeks beginning in late May or June
Requirements
- We look for students majoring in GIS, geography, environmental science, computer science or other relevant majors, who are currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2024
- Able to complete a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2024
- Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this internship takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience to include specialized skill sets. Interns who meet minimum qualifications during their internship may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share.
A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $26.00.
