Responsibilities


  • Lead and collaborate with people from different departments who all work on developing and supporting the product
  • Lead in high-pressure situations including technical challenges within the role
  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to Esri end users through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting
  • Resolve technical issues related to enterprise GIS servers using Esri tools and other related technologies
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management system
  • Author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users
  • Identify issues and log defects for software improvements
  • Can work remotely

Requirements


  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Demonstrated experience with the following: ArcGIS Enterprise; Virtualization and Cloud Computing; SAML; and spatial and non-spatial data formats
  • Bachelor’s in GIS, geography, environmental science, computer science, management information systems, or a related field of study, depending on position level
