Overview


Join a fast-paced and challenging environment where you can use your strong customer service skills and desire to help others to support our software user community. A detail-oriented individual is needed to coordinate and manage logistics for training classes as well as support a variety of other trainings and programs including user conference, internal and distributor trainings, and training certification.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage all logistics for training classes by collaborating with customers and teams
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to support training sales goals and customer experience
  • Develop, manage, and communicate event details in alignment with customer needs, including requested schedules, staffing, equipment, classroom setup, and location details
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams for training class coordination needs

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and flexibility with last-minute changes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in a professional office environment
  • 3+ years of customer service experience

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

 

A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $20.00-$34.00.
