Esri’s User Conference is one of the biggest events at the San Diego Convention Center each year. Join a multi-functional team with world-class leadership to support this massive event. You will provide excellent customer experiences for registering attendees and sponsors. You will engage with professionals across the company to align and schedule the myriad of activities hosted at our User Conference.


  • Process registrations and registration payments from attendees and sponsors
  • Receive and maintain submissions for the Map Gallery and presentations
  • Communicate via phone and email answering event-related questions from presenters, attendees, sponsors, and staff
  • Organize and input data across various spreadsheets to track event activities, materials, and schedules
  • Update internal and external resources related to event
  • Assist team with other event-related tasks as needed


  • Ability to meet Esri’s in-person event attendance requirements
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with a variety of online systems
  • Detailed oriented to ensure accuracy for analysis and research of crucial data
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills due to heavy phone work and customer service with our users and business partners
  • High school diploma (bachelor's preferred)

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed 45 wpm
