iSpatialTec Parcel finder widget is an advanced Analysis solution that helps users to dynamically query and perform analysis with multiple combinations of attribute data. It helps Local Governments, Utilities, Property developers and Urban Planners to enhance their Parcel/Building search functionality to better visualize and understand their assets in a spatial context. The results of the Parcel finder are providing insights to quantify patterns and make predictions to address various business challenges such as taxpayers, businesses, schools and other taxing entities.

Using the Parcel finder tool, users could able to perform various queries on Parcel & building features.

• Selected Features can zoom from the pop-up window of searched results
• User can select the Parcel/building on the current map view by simple click.

• Zoom - A Closer view of the Map is displayed for the area of interest selected on the Map
• Identify - Identify tool enables you to retrieve specific attribute information about Buildings and Plots on the map
• Print – User will be able to print the selected parcel with the selected layout in the required format

This widget can be used across various industries wherever there is need to perform Property based analysis. The Widget is developed in a responsive mode and suits for almost all devices and compatible with all browsers.

The technology used to develop this widget is JavaScript API 3.26 and runs on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5 or above.
