Registration includes full access to the 2020 Esri User Conference (Esri UC).
As a Business Leadership Forum @ Esri UC attendee, your registration includes full access to the entire Esri UC—Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17.
Registration for the Business Leadership Forum @ Esri UC on Tuesday, July 14, includes all scheduled sessions, refreshment breaks, and hosted lunch.
Registration is by invitation only.

What should I know about the precautions Esri is taking in response to COVID-19?
Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Esri has been closely monitoring developments of COVID-19 and we are taking precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
The events team is working directly with all our venues to provide readily available hand sanitizing stations. Also, alcohol wipes will be distributed at various locations throughout the event. The custodial personnel will be regularly disinfecting all common surfaces. Information regarding basic health practices will be displayed on signage that includes recommendations on how to avoid COVID-19 and other illnesses.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
A registration confirmation will be sent via email 7 to 10 days after your information is received. The confirmation will include check-in times and locations for picking up your badge and event materials.

What is the Business Leadership Forum @ Esri UC cancellation policy?
Registrants whose cancellations are received after Monday, June 8, 2020, will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after Monday, June 22, 2020, will forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time.
How do I get my Esri UC badge?
A photo ID is required to receive your Esri UC badge. Your registration confirmation email will provide badge pickup times and locations. Your badge will include a digitally encoded tag that you can use to receive one complimentary drink during the Monday evening Map Gallery opening and, if eligible, will allow you to pick up your wristband for the Thursday Night Party. If you registered for a preconference seminar, your badge will grant you access to that session as well. There is a $50 fee to reprint a badge.
