Donyielle Holley brings over twenty years of collective experience in program and project management to the County of Riverside Department of Public Social Services Homeless Programs. She has integrated her bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine, Masters of Art degrees in Strategic Communications and Human Behavior from National University, and advanced certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming and behavioral modification from H.M.I. to become a well-rounded leader bridging collaboration between business and technology. Donyielle demonstrates an exceptional ability to build partnerships between governmental agencies and community-based organizations to accomplish shared goals. As the Planner for the Riverside County Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC), Donyielle works with the 28 cities and county agencies within Riverside County to plan and coordinate the annual homeless Point-in-Time Count and publish the count and survey report. As a coach and trainer, Donyielle has facilitated training programs at the County of Riverside and additional organizations such as the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Foodbank, REI/WIC, Girls Club of Los Angeles, Southwest College and various other organizations over the past 20 years.
