Frank Whitworth

Vice Admiral Frank Whitworth became the eighth director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in 2022. He leads and directs NGA under the authorities of the secretary of defense and director of National Intelligence. Whitworth is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. His decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal (three awards), Bronze Star Medal (four awards), Defense Meritorious Service Medal (four awards), and the Edwin T. Layton Leadership Award.

Matt Roper, a retired senior officer of the Royal Air Force with over 30 years of extensive experience in joint national and NATO operational roles, has been directly responsible for command and control (C2) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions. He currently serves as chief of the Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JISR) Centre at the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). His team provides comprehensive services across the full life cycle of many critical JISR systems.

Truett “Aaron” Tooke

Truett “Aaron” Tooke is the US Marine Corps (USMC) intelligence mission manager. He advises Drum Corps International, the director of National Intelligence, and the Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISRE) on all aspects of strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence. He has served in the intelligence community for more than 20 years while managing and leading at the division and office levels in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
