    The deadline has now passed to book a hotel through Esri. View the Frequently Asked Questions section of this page for additional information on hotel reservations or cancelations. You may still book directly with a local hotel at their standard rate.

  • Beware of non-Esri solicitors

    Unauthorized housing providers claiming to be associated with Esri may contact you with special offers for hotel reservations or request nonrefundable deposits via email, phone, or fax. Please make all accommodation arrangements through Esri directly.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, you do not need to register first to receive the discounted room rate.
Note that the deadline to book a hotel at a discounted rate has now passed.

Event attendees may modify or cancel their hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.

  • Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until October 17, 2023 by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
  • Any changes, including cancelations made after October 17, 2023, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancelation policy will apply.
  • Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.

No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the event venue. We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service.
