Step One
Book a discounted hotel room at the Hilton Berlin by clicking the “Book your room” link. Rooms are subject to availability.
Step Two
Upon reserving your room, you will receive a confirmation email from the Esri Housing Bureau. This email will contain a promotional code to register for the 2024 Esri European Developer Summit at a discounted rate. The registration discount will be automatically applied when you use the promo code.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you do not need to register first to receive the discounted hotel room rate.
No, you must first book a hotel room to receive the promo code to register for the event at a discounted rate.
Summit attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
- Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until 18 October 2024, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancelations made after 18 October 2024, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply.
- Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the event venue. We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if they offer shuttle service.
