The period to book a discounted hotel reservation through Esri has passed. Please reach out to local hotels directly to book a room at their standard rate if you need accommodations during the event.

Frequently asked questions
No, you must first register for the event. Your registration confirmation email will contain a link to your Attendee Portal. In your Attendee Portal, you will have a unique link that gives you access to the participating hotels with discounted room rate information.

Event attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their hotel confirmation email.
- Cancellations should be made no later than January 8, 2026; a $100 fee will apply for cancellations made after this date. Name changes to hotel reservations can be made through February 9, 2026, by using the links in your Attendee Portal.
- Any changes, including cancellations made after February 9, 2026, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply. Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, if applicable.
- Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
- Please note, the hotels will not have record of your reservation until after February 10, 2026.
United MileagePlus members earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meetings discount code. Booking fees are waived for Meetings reservations.

No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from our partner hotels in Palm Springs to the Palm Springs Convention Center. We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if they offer shuttle service.
Groups may request blocks of eight or more hotel rooms per night. Depending on group block size and availability, rooms may be split between hotels to accommodate the block request. The number of rooms requested are not guaranteed and the maximum number of rooms requested per night cannot exceed 50.
Group hotel reservations are now closed. The deadline was January 8, 2026.
Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $10 per vehicle. The Convention Center has two parking lots. One is located to the east of the facility on North Avenida Caballeros (Caballeros lot), and a second is located southwest of the facility on East Andreas Road (Andreas lot).
