Virtual attendance—Frequently asked questions

Digital access allows you to experience select event content at your convenience. This includes access to live streams of the Plenary and Keynote Sessions and exclusive access to live streams of over 40 technical sessions.

Live stream content begins on March 11, 2025. Recordings of live streamed sessions will be available for replay shortly after the session ends. Additional session recordings will be available via digital access starting on April 15, 2025.

Digital access will be available until May 16, 2025.

Session recordings may be made publicly available via the event proceedings after digital access closes.

When the Detailed Agenda becomes available, you can filter the session list by access type using the filters in the left column.

  • Select the “Live stream” option to find sessions that will be streamed live. You can join live stream sessions during their scheduled times, and session recordings will be available for replay shortly after the session ends.

  • Select the “Recorded” option to find sessions that will have recordings available. Recordings for live streamed sessions will be available shortly after the session ends. Recordings for sessions that are not live streamed will be available April 15, 2025.

Yes, anyone who has registered for the in-person event will automatically receive digital access once it becomes available.

Digital access will be available during the event, March 11–14, 2025, and remain available until May 16, 2025. Select recordings will be made publicly available to all when proceedings are released after digital access closes.

Select sessions will include interactive components, such as the ability to ask text-based questions during the scheduled times.

Live stream session recordings will be available shortly after the session ends. Once session recordings are available, they can be accessed at any time.

Scheduled sessions of the Esri Developer & Technology Summit will be shown in Pacific time (PT).

All times on the Detailed Agenda page are listed in PT as well as your browser’s time zone.

Live captions options are typically found in the Accessibility section. For example, Chrome is the recommended browser, and its Live Caption capability can be found under Settings > Accessibility > Live Caption.

Sessions that are recorded but not live streamed will be published with English closed captions.
