Aaron Addison

Executive Director, World Geospatial Industry Council (WGIC) Secretariat

Aaron Addison serves as the executive director for the World Geospatial Industry Council (WGIC) Secretariat, where his focus is geospatial industry outreach, working with companies and organizations around the globe on challenges related to the policy, implementation, and communication of geospatial data.

His 30 years of international experience includes extensive work in the public and private sectors as well as NGOs and higher education institutions. In addition to leading the Secretariat, Addison currently provides leadership for WGIC activities in education, workforce development, and digital twins. He recently initiated the GeoAction Africa project.

Dr. Bob Kolvoord serves as the interim provost and vice president for Academic Affairs at James Madison University (JMU), where he is also a professor in the School of Integrated Sciences. Previously, Kolvoord served as the founding dean of the College of Integrated Science and Engineering.

Kolvoord is an award-winning teacher and scholar who specializes in the use of geospatial technology in education and the development of student spatial thinking skills. Cofounder of the innovative Geospatial Semester project, he is also the coauthor of five books and more than 70 publications.

Program Director, Career Education and Workforce Development, Coast Community College District

As a program director at Coast Community College District, Stephanie Feger has extensive experience in aligning systems and innovating career education programs that serve the workforce demands of Orange County, California. Building a regional workforce system that connects community colleges and workforce partners requires actionable labor market data, mapping, and visualization capabilities.

Feger has led the development of OC Works, a geospatially enabled hub platform that provides students with an innovative way to evaluate occupations, salary expectations, job opportunities, industry demand, required skills for advancement, and a map of regional employers in priority industry sectors.
