The period to book a discounted hotel reservation through Esri has passed. Please reach out to local hotels directly if you need accommodations during the conference.

Frequently asked questions
No, you must first register for the event. Your registration confirmation email will contain a link that gives you access to the participating hotels with discounted room rate information.
Note that the deadline to book a hotel at a discounted rate has now passed.
Conference attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
- Cancellations should be made no later than May 17, 2023; a $100 fee will apply for cancellations made after this date. Name changes to hotel reservations can be made until June 15, 2023, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancellations made after June 15, 2023, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply.
- Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
The discount applies to Alaska Airlines published fares (except companion and other promotional fares). Receive a 7 percent discount on flights originating from the Pacific Northwest and a 10 percent discount from all other cities. The discount can be used for flights scheduled between July 6, 2023 and July 18, 2023.
To book with Southwest Airlines, log in using your Southwest rewards program account to SWABIZ, Southwest’s business travel portal. Use the discount code to receive a discounted fare. In addition, you will earn 50 percent more bonus points in your rewards program account per qualifying flight and be entered into a raffle for a free round-trip ticket to any Southwest destination.
No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. We suggest you check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service.
