User presentations inspire attendees with real-world experiences, lessons learned, and best practices. Share your story with the Education Summit @ Esri UC community.
Final presentation slides are due after the conference. Only submissions that are presented will be published in the conference proceedings. You will receive an email following the conference on how to upload your presentation for proceedings.
You will present from the session facilitator's laptop, and will be asked for a copy of your most recent presentation slide deck before the session begins to ensure material is working properly.
* Submission for applicants under 18 years old will not be accepted. For questions, contact The Education Summit Team at email@example.com
Proposal Submission Guidelines
All PowerPoint presentations must use a 16:9 ratio. Use a minimum text size of 18 points to ensure readability in large conference rooms. Consider dividing content among additional slides as needed. Please note that the upload limit size for proceedings is 30MB.
Use high-contrast colors for text, graphics, and related formatting such as bullets and arrows. Avoid red, dark green, or black text on dark backgrounds. Recommended text colors for dark backgrounds are white, yellow, light green, or light blue.
Please note there are no speakers in the room setup.
Animations, story maps, and demos
If you plan to include a demo or story map in your presentation, please check that your file is not behind a security wall so you can access the presentation on site. If you use animations, please limit them to a minimum.
