Applications to become a sponsor or exhibitor will be accepted until April 4, 2025. No additional order changes can be made after April 4.
All deliverable items are due to Esri and its vendors by April 30.
Once you have established your My Esri account, access the event portal to submit your application by clicking the apply now button.
Select the exhibitor or sponsor bundle that best suits your needs.
Include details to help event attendees understand your organization.
Esri will send you an invoice for your order after your application has been reviewed and approved.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.
To register staff, you will need the private sponsor or exhibitor registration link contained in your confirmation email from the Esri exhibits team.
No, the user list is proprietary information, so it is not provided to sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees.
